A focused spot troubleshooting inspection is a shorter inspection focusing on a few specific issues and how to make improvements in those areas.

For example, areas you might choose could be  a few areas where regulators have identified shortfalls or areas that you simply wish to have a higher CQC rating in.

If you have not had a CQC rating yet, this service can be used to identify and prepare evidence of 'good' & 'outstanding' practice for any forthcoming CQC inspections.

A Focused spot inspection would not be suitable where you need a number of areas to be inspected. in that case a  full inspection would  be needed.
